The Dragonspire Ruins used to house Zekrom and Reshiram.
The ancient ruins and the Dragonspire tower were once twins, identical in height and meaning. Where one is supposed to be for Zekrom and the other for Reshiram, thus is the reason why the white/black stone was found in the ruins.
